By accessing or using Autónomo Fácil, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Autónomo Fácil provides software tools that assist users in preparing estimated values and filing guidance for Modelo 130 and Modelo 303 declarations in Spain.

Autónomo Fácil is not a gestoría, tax advisor, accounting firm, legal service, or financial advisor.

The service does not provide tax, legal, accounting, financial, or professional advice.

All calculations, estimates, explanations, examples, and filing instructions are provided for informational purposes only and are based exclusively on information entered by the user.

Autónomo Fácil does not submit declarations on behalf of users and does not communicate with AEAT on behalf of users.

The service is intended for individuals who are legally permitted to operate as autónomos in Spain.

The service is designed primarily for standard autónomo situations in mainland Spain.

The service may not be suitable for:

• Companies (SL, SA, and similar entities).
• Canary Islands tax regimes.
• OSS/IOSS schemes.
• Recargo de equivalencia.
• Agricultural regimes.
• Other special tax situations.

Users are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for their particular circumstances.

The service may not be suitable for situations involving withholding tax arrangements, complex deductions, special tax treatments, or circumstances requiring professional tax advice.

Users remain fully responsible for entering accurate information, verifying calculations, reviewing declarations, complying with tax obligations, and submitting declarations to AEAT.

Use of the service is entirely at the user's own risk.

Access to certain functionality may require payment.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Because the service consists of digital content delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once access to the purchased functionality has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Autónomo Fácil makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Users must independently verify all calculations and information before submitting any declaration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Autónomo Fácil shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
